Are your forests adequately maintained for fire management?

CA sure is not, but I think Oregon is much more adept... right?

Time to use a sick day or personal day perhaps?

I'm working about 90mns south of Seattle right now. Can't believe less than 40% of Seattle residences don't have air conditioning and assuming that number is about the same in Portland. Got here three weeks ago and the first thing people told me was it never gets that hot here. Will be 111 today.

The wait times for installation of air conditioners in Seattle is months long according to my buddy who's a design builder in Seattle.
Crazy thing is an Hour and a half west of Portland it's 61 today and was 79 yesterday...59 here today 2 hours away from Portland..Nuts.

Hang in there.

So many people no showed today the build rate is 14 trucks instead of 18. What are they going to do, it's a union plant. )^&&

Just glad I'm not tied to the line in production.

Can't blame them. You're going through a record setting heatwave. Those are hazardous and unhealthy conditions. Take a break brother. You've already worked alot and several days in those conditions. UNION!

There is only one thing worse than playing golf and have a bad round.

It is playing golf and have a bad round in upper 90 degree heat.

Actually, I have played in >100 degree heat, played poorly, and lost money, so that is the worst.
